Vic was a man's man. I had the pleasure to work with Vic for fifteen year until my retirement in 2000. I am proud to say that Vic was one of my better managers and it was a pleasure to work with him for 15 years. He understood our mission and did what it took to achieve it. He was dedicated to Maureen and his children. When I visited the east coast I had the pleasure of dinning with Vic and Maureen on a personal basis not business. We exchanged Christmas Cards and had an occasional phone conversation. I last spoke whit Vic just prior to Christmas 2023. His voice was frail but his spirit was strong. He is now resting peacefully with Maureen. I will miss both of them. God Bless
