Dear Cirillo family, I was a teammate of Chris’ at La Salle and was happy to see him at our 2019 tribute to the 1989 conference championship team. It was good to see him again and the photo was shared that day or shortly after. It a long story but we did not do the laundry the night before, this was our protest picture. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of need.

Dear Cirillo Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I remember seeing Chris at Joe's baseball games at De Paul Catholic High School. I know that he will be missed by all who loved him. I will pray for God to give you all the strength to bring you through this time of sorrow and begin to celebrate his beautiful life. God bless you all.

Chris C Train Cirillo was a great friend, athlete, son, husband and most of all father to his two children. There was rarely a conversation that we had where he didn’t mention Joseph or Taylor. Although we were the same age, I always looked to him for guidance, knowledge or simply advice. We shared so many great laughs and memories. C Train you will always have a special place in my heart!
My condolences go out to all his family!
One of Chris’ quotes that I will always cherish is
Don’t let your highs get too high and don’t let your lows get too low!!
Rest in peace my friend!
Love

Chris was always an inspiration to me with his hard work, dedication - and ALWAYS succeeding as the very best at whatever he chose. No one fought and beat cancer like him and he will remain an inspiration to me forever. He always strived to do the very best in life, but I remember him as a warrior that always fought to the end no matter what...
Thanks for setting up this last great day of golf in Westchester. I know me, Donnie and Paulie will always treasure it. RIP C-Train.
Our deepest condolences to the entire Cirillo family.

My earliest memories of childhood include Chris snd his dad playing baseball in the farm league in Fairfield. We played twice a week behind Stevenson school. Chris was great as a 7 year old and his dad couldn’t have been better to me starting out a long career in baseball. Those were just a few great times I had with Chris. They continued through high school and beyond. Those were the best of times. You’re gone but not forgotten C Train.

The couple of times I met Chris at Morris Co. networking events he seemed like a really great guy. At the beginning of the pandemic both Chris and Regina really helped out me and my family with supplies and I'm so grateful that our paths have crossed. My thoughts are with Regina and your family.

Chris was one of the friendliest and kindest men I have ever met. From my first day watching a TCNJ game he welcomed me and my family into the baseball family. I enjoyed his love of the game and the joy watching Joe pitch brought him. I marveled at his calmness during games that Joe pitched and how he congratulated every player on that team for even the slightest contribution. I only knew Chris for a short time, but I will remember him for the rest of my life. God Bless you all during this very sad time.

I first knew Chris as my older brother’s friend, then as my girlfriend’s older brother. He was intimidating! As I got to know him better, he became like a second older brother to me and eventually a good friend. Many games of Gin, many rounds of golf, and the ultimate Ryder Cup win – West Essex vs. Verona!
He was truly one of the nicest people I ever met and had a huge heart, always a smile on his face.
Chris – I know you are rolling in birdies right now somewhere in the great beyond. Here’s to you, my friend.
My sincerest condolences to Mr. & Mrs. C, Karin, Joseph and Taylor, Tara and Mike, Terry and John, and the rest of the family.

As the wife of Rob Lombardi, I learned fairly quickly that Chris was a staple in Rob’s life. When we first started dating Rob had a picture of them framed from a golf trip .Looking back on it now that was very significant in a “bachelor pad” apartment in NYC that was sparsely decorated. That said it all. My heart goes out to your entire family. Janine

Dear Karin, Joseph and Taylor
Please accept our deepest condolences as you go through this difficult time. Chris was many things to many people and I’m sure he will be missed. I remember him always on the field coaching the children of Fairfield, he coached both of my sons and he dedicated so much of his personal time to this community and we thank him for his time, energy and focus into not only developing our kids on the field but also in life. May God bless you all. Love Kim, Joe, Joseph and Michal Cuozzo
