Obituary of Thomas Joseph Hudacko
Thomas J. Hudacko, 74, of Montville, NJ passed away peacefully on August 16, 2024 surrounded by family and close friends. Born in Bayonne, NJ to Joseph and Edna Hudacko, he lived most of his life in Morris County with his wife of 48 years, Nancy Fiumefreddo. He is the beloved father of his son Craig J. Hudacko and daughter Jamie L. Hudacko.
He is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Edna Hudacko of Bayonne, and sister Barbara Ann. He is survived by his brother Robert Hudacko along with his wife Tina, their daughter Brenda, and their son Michael, and also his beloved cousins.
Tom loved loud music from the 70's, riding his Harley, and was an avid gun enthusiast. He would spend weekends skeet and target shooting, and enjoyed his part-time job as a Range Safety Officer. The rest of his time was spent outdoors gardening and reading in the backyard.
Tom served for the US Army in the 101st Airborne division in Vietnam from June 1969-June 1971. He was an active board member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 510 in Cedar Grove, NJ. He was proud to be part of the community and his ability to support his cherished brothers and sisters.
After returning home from Vietnam, Tom began his 40 year career in IT/computer systems at Rapidata, a timeshare company. Here he worked on cutting edge technology, such as barcodes and voice activated systems. He then went on to spend most of his career on Wall Street as VP of computerized trading systems at Lehman Brothers.

Enrtombment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Visiting on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 4-8 PM. Please, no flowers.
