Patricia Cafasso,76 years of age- a lifelong resident of Paterson, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 19th, 2024. She dedicated over 20 years of her life as a legal secretary for the City of Paterson, leaving a lasting impact through her diligent work and unwavering commitment to her profession.

Patricia was born and raised in Paterson, but the last 3 years were spent in West Milford N.J with her daughter and family. Proceeded in death by husband Robert K. Cafasso Sr. Patricia was a loving mother and is survived by her two children, son Robert Cafasso and wife Maribel Cafasso and daughter Gina Bastante and husband Carmen Bastante who meant the world to her.

Beloved grandchild, Carmine, Gabrielle, Leah & Kay. Dear sister to brother Robert Negrotto and wife Carol Negrotto.

Patricia found solace and joy in books, often spending her leisure time immersed in literature. She was a true homebody, finding comfort in the simple pleasures of home and family.

Patricia will be remembered for her charitable work, her dedication to her community, and her love for her family. Her presence in our lives will be deeply missed.

A memorial gathering to remember Patricia will be held at Keri- Lozito Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ on Friday July 26th from 11 am-1 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association , a cause that was close to her heart is appreciated.
