Obituary of Nick Ivanow, Jr.

Nick Ivanow, Jr., 61, of Paterson, NJ passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024.  He was born in Seattle WA, and lived in Wyckoff, NJ before moving to Paterson in 2019.  He was the owner of NIJ Appraisal Network in North Haledon, NJ.  He was a member of St. Michael's Russian Orthodox Church in Wayne, NJ.  He belonged to several of the top appraisal organizations in NJ and specialized in Tax Appeals.  Beloved husband of Luanne Ivanow (nee Hamelink).  Devoted father of Trevor Ivanow.  Loving son of the late Nick and Lydia Ivanow.  Dear brother of Alex and Walter Ivanow.  Funeral Service at St. Michael's Russian Orthodox Church, 171 Colfax Avenue, Wayne, NJ on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 10 AM.  Panihida at the church on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 5 PM.  Interment, Novo DiVeevo Russian Orthodox Cemetery, Spring Valley, NY.  Arrangements by DeLuccia-Lozito Funeral Home, Lincoln Park, NJ.
