I have fond memories of sitting and visiting with Ruth at Becky and Matt’s house. Ruth would come and stay at Christmas time. I remember Ruth’s smile. She smiled often. The most endearing and precious thing to me is she prayed for my kids. From year to year she would ask about them showing she remembered them. Thank you Ruth!

Oh my goodness! I could never forget Ruth Davis. When I was just 10 years old at vacation Bible school at Grace Chapel Ruth led me to saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ! My girlfriend Marianne and I had two special swings at the nearby playground and we called them our Ruth Davis swings. We would swing there all the time and talk about Ruth. When she and Marsh left for the mission field to Pakistan we prayed.
Over the years I lost track of where she was and was happy to connect with daughter Rachel when I spoke at a women’s retreat at Rachel‘s church and shared my testimony and Rachel came up to me and said “that was my Mom”!!
How wonderful to absolutely know the truth that we will all be together for all of eternity because of Calvary!!! May the God of all comfort be all that you need in the sadness of separation and the Joy of reunion!!

Once a long time ago, as we were cousins, Judy and I and probably others had built a Log Cabin in the woods.
Some "French" speaking kids came over and knocked it down with us in it.AsAunt Ruth heard of this she came to our too late for rescue and as mothers must do sometimes and yelled at the French Kids and may have had words with the French speaking mother
