Dorothy C. Lapp (nee Romer),89, of Lincoln Park, NJ passed away on Saturday , November 25, 2023. She was born in Lincoln Park, NJ. She was a Bank Manager for Valley National Bank and retired in 1992. She was a member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Lincoln Park. Beloved wife of the late Burton H. Lapp. Devoted mother of the late Tobi Day. A Memorial Sevice is planned for a date to be announced.
