Agnes “June” Cobell passed away peacefully at the age of 103 on November 22, 2023 surrounded by her family.

June was a graduate of Englewood Hospital school of nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at Englewood Hospital where she met her husband, Dr. Anthony Cobell. They moved to Paterson and raised their seven children.

June worked for 15 years as a Paterson school nurse. Along with being a devoted mother, she spent many hours as a community and church volunteer.

June was never happier than when she was spending time with her children, 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 27, 2023 at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, 381 Grand Street, Paterson, NJ from 10-11 AM. Funeral Liturgy to follow at 11 AM.
