Obituary of Robert DeCarlo

Robert M. DeCarlo, 81, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away peacefully on April 26, 2023. 

Robert was born July 31, 1941 in Englewood, New Jersey. On March 11, 1972, he married Lois DeKorte, together they would have four sons. Robert received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a degree in Gunsmithing from Trinidad State College. He was founder and President of DC Associates Insurance Adjusters, Inc.

Robert loved being outside, golfing, hunting, and fishing. He was a member of the Meadowbrook Rifle and Pistol Club and later the Martin County Sportsman Association. 

He will be terribly missed by his beloved wife of 51 years, Lois; sons, Mark of Delray Beach, FL, Peter and wife Melissa of Ramsey, NJ, Paul of New York, NY, and Robert and wife, Lauren of Oak Ridge, NJ. He will be remembered lovingly by his grandchildren, Ella and Avery DeCarlo of Ramsey, NJ, Robert DeCarlo III, Everly and Sadie DeCarlo all of Oak Ridge, NJ; sister, Lynn and husband, Brian Hennessy and his beloved nieces. 

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday May 7, 2023 at Keri Memorial Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ from 3-7 PM. Funeral Liturgy at St. Pius X R.C. Church 24 Changebridge Road, Montville NJ 07045 on Monday May 8, 2023 at 11 AM. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
