I feel so very sad that I can’t be with the Riggiola family right now. I remember the first Thanksgiving I spent you you, and Connie brought a lasagna for the first course. Surprised to see lasagna on Thanksgiving, Connie said, Oh, it’s an Italian thing, dear, we always have lasagna on Thanksgiving. It was so exotic that I called my mom and aunt after to tell them about having lasagna as a first course on Thanksgiving. God bless you, Connie, and the whole Riggiola family who have been so good to me for thirty years. It means a lot to me, and I love you all for everything you’ve done.
