Obituary of Emilia J. Danzo

Emilia J. Danzo (nee Morgese) 81, of Pompton Plains, NJ passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.  She was born in Bari, Italy and came to the United States in 1951 thru Ellis Island and settled in Union City, NJ.  She lived in Cedar Grove, NJ for 60 years before moving to Pompton Plains in 2019.  She was a homemaker.  Beloved wife of the late Peter A. Danzo, Jr.  Devoted mother of Glenn Danzo of Sparta, NJ and the late Steven Danzo.  Loving grandmother of Cole Danzo.  Dear sister of Dora Ippolito, Cresenza Whitney, Michael, Vito and Frank Morgese and the late Joseph Morgese. Funeral from Keri Memorial Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ on Saturday at 9:45 AM. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Lincoln Park, NJ at 10 AM.  Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.  Visiting on Saturday from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM.
