Obituary of Mary M. Tarsitano

Mary M. Tarsitano (nee Mulford), 76 of Denville, NJ passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived most of her life in Morris County. She was a loving homemaker and devoted herself to her family and close friends.  She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Magnificat R.C. Church in Kinnelon, NJ where she was a Lector and a Eucharistic Minister. Her time was spent helping others in many ways, cooking for the needy, using her talent of crocheting to create treasures to keep babies and the elderly warm (her family also kept her busy with this with many wishful requests of her beautiful blankets and scarves). Most importantly she was the one whom everyone called for guidance, and she always found the time and was happy to give it. Beloved wife of the late Francis Tarsitano.  Devoted mother of Kevin Dooley and his wife Jessica of Mexico City, Mexico, Carolyn Wilks and her husband Allen of Rockaway, NJ and Aileen Jerman and her husband Jon of Township of Washington, NJ.  Step-mother of Miriam Cody and her husband Ron, Andrew Tarsitano and his wife Kathlene and the late Michael Tarsitano.  Dear sister of Susan Filloramo, George Mulford, John Mulford and the late Gloria Farrell, Barbara O'Brien and Claire Christiansen.  Loving grandmother of Zachary, Connor, Brendan, Sam, Camy, Jack, Ava, Emma and the late Jon Tristan.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Magnificat R.C. Church, 2 Miller Road, Kinnelon, NJ on Saturday at 12 noon.  Cremation was private.  In lieu of flowers, donations to The American Cancer Society in Mary's name would be appreciated
