Obituary of Carol Deska

Carol Deska (nee Zemba),76, of Lincoln Park, peacefully passed away on October 20, 2020 with her loving husband of 38 years, Jeffrey Deska, by her side.

Carol was born May 13, 1944. She worked at Scott Paper for over 30 years and later at Lincoln Park Savings for 15 years.  Carol had a great love for all animals especially their dogs Susie, Gretchen, Roxanne, Emma and cats Sadie, Ice Cream & Punkie.

Carol is survived by her husband Jeffrey, her sister in law, Catherine (Sue) Zukowski and her many loving nieces and nephews

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Stephen & Victoria Zemba, Evelyn & George Deska also by her brother in law; Dennis Deska, sisters in law; Dawn Deska, Ella Mae Deska, Mary Shelley Schofield and Caroline Alkema.

Funeral Service will be on Sunday October 25, 2020, 4 PM at Keri Memorial Funeral Home, 125 Main Street Lincoln Park, NJ. Visitation, will be 2:00 – 4:00 PM

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Carol’s honor to the ASPCA Foundation.
