I am originally from New York , now living in Kansas . I had the pleasure of meeting Andy many moons ago when I was A Telephone operator in New York. He happened to be in the area with something related to baseball.. We wound up talking for hours & enjoyed each others stories.... Than when I happened to actually get a weekend off I would go visit Him... I remember Whachung exit sign? if I am remembering right.... My Friend actually just sent Me an Old photo Of Andy , Me, & My Friend making a crazy face... I don't know much about Andys Life except baseball & a sweet human being.. I would love for someone to e-mail Me if they would to find out what happened to Him.. It was heartbreaking to see His Obituary . We never kept in touch But I so have many great memories over the years. I also remember Him talking about a Little girl at the time named Joslin??? Hope to hear from someone & Andy I hope your resting in Peace. You were very loved from what I read & will be missed By Many, Many people. Thank You for adding to My cherished memories in life and in one of My chapters in My book... God Rest Your Soul & Thoughts & prayers are with All who knew & Loved You Andy.....

Andy was a father to me, a grandfather to my nieces, and one of my best friends. He was a special person, a gift to everyone who met him and knew him, and I am lucky to have been raised and loved by him for the past two decades of my life. My childhood would not have been as joyous and filled with love as it was if he had not been a part of it, and that is something I will never forget, even if the number of memories I have with him are far too many for me to possibly be able to remember each individually. He is a part of me, and I will work to make sure that his spirit shines through me.
I love you, Andy. I miss you so much.
Love,
Betsy Vincent

I was a good friend of Andy's in the 1970'-1980's. I used to go to his parents house, he lived in the basement and we would play knock hockey. I loved him very much. We lost touch but I still thought about him often. Today is his birthday..Happy birthday Andy

Andy was our fun loving cousin. Although we grew up in Wisconsin, we visited New Jersey almost every year since we were kids, and stayed with the Petrocelli & Giuliano families. Andy was always there at some point to welcome us ... with a big smile, a bear hug or a hardy handshake. There were usually some antics involved with Andy ... whether is was a funny t-shirt, spaghetti eating contest or ordering a whole lobster as an appetizer at the Jersey Shore. He loved life to the fullest, and his family and friends. He has left a big hole in our hearts. You will be missed cuz! Love, Luann & Chuck Boie, Paul Reblin, Michael & Sue Reblin
