Obituary of Barbara Kerr

Barbara Kerr age 70 of Pompton Plains passed May 26th. Born in Paterson she grew up in Lincoln Pk. & resided in Pompton Plains since 1974. Barbara was an Admin. Asst. in the insurance industry at J.J. Negley Assoc. retiring recently. She was Past Pres. and Life Member of Lincoln Pk. American Legion Post 279 Auxilliary , she enjoyed her grandchildren and "Golden Girl weekends" Survivors include her husband of 46 yrs. Ronald , son Michael , daughter Lisa Walton (Michael) , sister Charleen Passafaro (David) , sister-in-law Susan Hergert four grandchildren Kevin , Kelly , Kyle and Owen nieces Brandi Timony & Joelle Hergert , nephews Michael Passafaro and Brian Timony. Visitation at Keri Memorial , 125 Main St., Lincoln Pk. is Wed., May 31st  from 5 to 8pm , Mass 10:30am Thurs. ,June 1st in St. Josephs Church , Comly Rd., Lincoln Park followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her name to Pequannock Twp. First Aid Squad would be appreciated.
