Obituary of Marjorie Witty

Marjorie Witty 90, of Towaco died on October 12, 2015. Visiting will be at The Keri Memorial Funeral Home 125 Main Street Lincoln Park on Friday 2-4 & 7-9Pm. Services will be on Saturday at 10am at Church of The Transfiguration (Good Shepherd Episcopal Church) 9 Two Bridges Road, Towaco. Everyone will meet at the church on Saturday. Interment Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Born in Jersey City, Marjorie lived in Towaco most of her life. She was a tax collector with the Township of Montville for over 30 years She served on the Planning Board in Montville and was the Recording Secretary for The Fireman's Home in Boonton. She was a member of The Order of Eastern Star, Mountain Lakes and a member of Church of the Transfiguration as well its Woman's Club. She is the beloved wife of the late Albert Witty (1976). Mother of Craig (June), Dean (Maryann) and Leigh (Kathryn) Witty. Grandmother of 7 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
