William Serafin age 78 of Towaco passed Sat., Mar.12th. Born in Clifton he's resided in Towaco for over 50 yrs.Bill was a self employed master builder and craftsman working thruout No. Jersey and built many beautiful homes in Montville. He was recently recognized with an award for developing and constructing Montville Park. He was a Marine Corps Veteran and a member of St. Pius X Church , Montville. Bill was predeceased by his wife Doris in 2012. Survivors include sons Bill and Scott , daughters Shawn Sarafin and Stacy Palladino, 7 grandchildren Michael , Scotty , Vio , Alexa , Dante , Adrienna and Lucca , his brother George and brother-in-law Edward Holley. Visitation at Keri Memorial , 125 Main St., Lincoln Pk. is Tues. 2-4 & 7-9pm , funeral Mass Wed., Mar.16th , 10am at St. Pius X , 24 Changebridge Rd. , Montville followed by interment at St. Michaels Cemetery , So. Hackensack. In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's memory to St. Pius X Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
