Obituary of Nettie Loraine Van Treuren

Nettie L. VanTreuren age 84 of Pompton Plains passed May 14th. Born in Totowa Boro she resided in Lk. Valhalla 54 yrs. and at Cedar Crest Village for the past 12 yrs. A graduate of Passaic Gen'l. Hosp. School of Nursing she was a L.R.N. at Passaic Gen'l. 5 yrs. before meeting her husband Bill & dedicating the rest of her life to being a devoted wife and mother to Bill and their children Virginia Pritz (Gordon) , Loraine Heim (John) , William VanTreuren Jr. (Janet) & Elizabeth Carvalho (John) , devoted Nani to Billy P., Randy P., Jennifer H.    , Craig P. , Kurt H. , Nate P. , Anna H. , Billy VT 3rd. , Gretchen H. , Amanda VT , Grace C and Chris C. , great grandma of Will P., Dale H., Austin P. , Nettie H. Loving brother William DeVine. Visitation at Cedar Crest  set for Wed. May 17th from 6 to 8pm , Thurs. friends will gather at Cedar Crest Chapel  for 9 - 10am service. Nettie was an active and faithful member of The Jacksonville Chapel.
