Obituary of Barbara Joan Devaney

Barbara J. Devaney age 72 of Lincoln Pk. passed June 30th unexpectedly. Born in the Bronx (NY) settled in Lincoln Pk. in 1967. Barbara was with Chilton Mem. Hosp., Pompton Plains as a Telecommunications Attendant 41 yrs. She was a member and past sec'ty. of the Lincoln Pk. Democratic Club , served 3 yrs. as Boro Welfare Director and was elected as Morris Co.Committee woman served from 1979 to 1982. Long time member of St. Joseph's Church and it's Home School Assn. Predeceased by parents Margaret and Mario Rondanini , daughter Lori , brother Robert Rondanini survivors include her daughter Jean Marie Gazzillo sisters Lucy Schepis , Jean Alaimo , Lorraine Wright , brothers Gary Pogue and John Rondanini, grandchildren Stephanie and Emily and many nieces , nephews & cousins. Visitation at Keri Memorial Home , 125 Main St., Lincoln Pk. is July 6th , 2-4 & 7-9pm , Mass Thurs., July 7th 10am in St. Joseph's, Comly Rd., Lincoln Pk. followed by interment at Our Lady of The Magnificat , Kinnelon.
