Obituary of Edward John Martin

Edward J. Martin, 76 of Lincoln Park , passed away at home January 21st surrounded by his loving family. Born in Carteret, he grew up in Perth Amboy and settled in Piscataway and later Lincoln Park . He earned his B.S. from Rutgers University in 1963 and his Masters from Seton Hall University . Ed was a Credit Director for Sealed Air Corp in Saddle Brook for 18 years. His passions included golf, chess and travel. Ed is survived by his wife Lynn (nee Hirschel) Martin; three loving children, Ellen Oldakowski and husband John, David Martin and fiancé, Lauren Arnold and Carol Martin; his step-children, Renee, Julia, Craig and wife, Jacqueline Intelisano; loving grandchildren Julia and Jessica Oldakowski, Ashley Tonnies and Alexis and Ethan Intelisano and sisters; Ella Nowicki, Irene Spicuzza, Charlotte Daniewicz and husband, John and predeceased by his brother, Otto Trakberger. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Monday, Jan 28th at 11am at the Center for Spiritual Living, 331 Mt. Kemble Ave. Morristown , NJ 07960 .
