Marion Assante age 86 of Pine Brook passed Mon. Born in Plainfield she resided in Hillside moving to Montville Twp. 55 yrs. ago. A dedicated homemaker and generous matriarch of a large loving family , generations forever bound together by treasured traditions filled with her familiar recipes. Visitation at the Keri Memorial Home , 125 Main St., Lincoln Pk. is Fri. 2-4 & 7-9pm , Mass 9:30am Sat. at St. Pius X Church , Montville followed by interment at Holy Cross Cem., No. Arlington. Survivors include her husband Salvatore , children Ronnie and wife Trudy , Karen and husband Ron Gornto , Paul and wife Jenn , Linda and husband Ray Discher , Sal and wife Karen , grandchildren Cara , Joe , Billy , Lisa , Danielle , Michael , Alan , Nicole , Kristin , R.J. , Jenna , Salvatore and Lorenzo , greatgrandchildren Aiden and Aryiana.
