Obituary of Alexander John Gichan III

Alexander John Gichan III, 61 of Wayne formerly of Lincoln Park died on March 1, 2018.

Visiting will be at The Keri Memorial Funeral Home 125 Main Street Lincoln Park on Monday 4-8PM.  Services will be on Tuesday at 10AM at the funeral Home.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.

Born in Jersey City, Alexander lived in Secaucus and Flemington before moving to Lincoln Park 13 years ago.

He was the owner of Alexander Pallets and AGA Wood Recycling, Jersey City and North Bergen. 

An accomplished pilot, he spent much time flying and traveling.  He was a member of The EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) Chapter 501 in Lincoln Park.  He enjoyed fixing things and often said "If I can't do it no one can!"  He was generous to all he came in contact with.

He is the father of Rachel and Sasha Gichan.  Former Husband of Patti Gichan.  Brother of Gregory Gichan and Patricia Maginsky.  Companion of Regina Joyce.  Cousin of Larry Gichan.  Nephew of Lawrence and Mary Gichan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
