Joan L. Nelson age 76 died at home August 12 surrounded by her loving family. Joan was born in Newark and resided in Belleville and Kearny settling in Lincoln Park 58 years ago where she was an active Cub Scout Den Mother, First Aid Squad EMT and member of Lincoln Park American Legion Post 279 Auxillary. She was predeceased by her parents Dorothy and Theodore Baldwin. Survivors include her husband Perry G. Nelson Jr., 5 children and 12 grandchildren. Donna and John Corrente and their children Jon, Jason, Jake and Jacey. Perry G. Nelson III and his children Rebecca, Jonathan & Colin. Keith R. Nelson wife Debbie and their children Robert and Jesse. Lori Ann Molloy husband James J. and their children Jimmy, Ryan and Marissa and son Robert J. Nelson. She is also survived by her brother Edward Baldwin and wife Jeanne in Florida.
