Obituary of Perry Franklin

Perry Franklin 65, of Stroudsburg, PA died suddenly on January 3, 2019.

Visiting will be at The Keri Memorial Funeral Home 125 Main Street Lincoln Park on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be officiated on Friday at 10AM at St. Joseph's Church, Lincoln Park.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.

Born in Teaneck, Perry lived in Lincoln Park and Vernon before moving to Stroudsburg 10 years ago.

He was a furniture repairman with Levitz Furniture, Paramus.  He served in The United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

He is the dear father of Michael and Melissa Franklin.  Brother of Carol Mestousis, Gerard, Roy and the late Joseph, Richard and Nicholas.  Former husband of Beverly Franklin.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Perry was an avid fisherman and "Jack of all trades".  If you could not fix it, you would call Perry.  He was always there for everyone.  He was a big jokester and you would always appreciate the way he could make you laugh.

In lieu of flowers, doantions to The Wounded Warrior Project would be appreciated.
