Obituary of Lorraine M McDermott

Lorraine M. McDermott "Cookie" 64, of Lincoln Park died on January 27, 2018.

Visiting will be at The Keri Memorial Funeral Home 125 Main Street Lincoln Park on Thursday 4-8PM.  Service will be at 7PM on Thursday.  Cremation will be private.

Born in Hackensack, Lorraine lived in Fairlawn before moving to Lincoln Park 30 years ago.

She is the beloved wife of 48 years of Edward G. McDermott.  They have been together ever since she was 16 years old and their love for each other has been everlasting.  Dear mother of Deanna Zammit (Guy) and Fredrick McDermott (Maja).  Deanna and Fred will miss all of their mothers comforting hugs and sweet kisses.  Guy and Maja will miss her Sunday pasta meals.  She is the sister of Darlene Caputo and Wayne, Darryl and Glenn Sarra.  Lorraine was a proud grandmother who loved her grandchildren, Anthony and Julianna very much along with her two furry friends Rosie and Sookie.

Everyone and anyone who needed anything would say "go to Cookie" and she will help you. 

You are our angel now and will be forever missed, forever loved and just thinking of you will shine sun upon our face and a smile in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated
