Obituary of James Ernest Hofstetter

James Ernest Hofstetter 57, of Kinnelon died on 2/15/15. Visiting will be at The Keri Memorial Funeral Home 125 Main Street on Friday 2-4 & 7-9PM. Services will be on Saturday at 11AM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. Born in Jersey City, Mr. Hofstetter lived in Teaneck and Lincoln Park before moving to Kinnelon in 1988. Mr. Hofstetter owned and operated Hofstetter Construction, Kinnelon since 1975. He also was employed part time with Pequannock Township as an in code enforcement officer. Previously, he served on the Lincoln Park First Aid Squad. He also served in the Air National Guard and was a member of The American Legion, Pequannock. He is the beloved husband of Linda Hines Hofstetter. Father of Tyler and Travis Hofstetter. Son of Ernest and the late Shirley Ann Hartwig Hofstetter. Brother of Linda (Gary) Cerullo, Laurie Hawkes and the late Gail Mulvihill. Uncle of Michael Cerullo, Jason and Jeremy Hawkes, Brielle Mulvihill and the late Brett Cerullo.
