Obituary of Sally T Stevralia

Sally Tenny  Stevralia  passed away peacefully at home on Feb.13,2018.  Sally was born in Brooklyn , NY to Harry and Florence Tenny in 1924.  She met and married her husband Robert S. Stevralia in Brooklyn. They moved to Montville in 1957 where she resided until her passing.

After raising her family and while working Sally earned a degree in elementary education from William Paterson College at age 49. She taught grades 3 thru 8 at Our Lady of Mt Carmel School, Boonton and St. Peter's School, Parsippany.

She was a faithful parishioner at The Church of the Transfiguration (now Good Shepherd Episcopal Church) where she filled many leadership roles for over 60 years.  She was also active in 4H, teaching many girls in her Montville neighborhood to sew.

Sally was predeceased by her husband Robert.  She is survived by her sons Robert (Suzanne) and Russell and her two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Burial will be private.  A Celebration of Sally's life will be held at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 9 Two Bridges Road Towaco, N.J. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00am.
