Vito Joseph DeLaro age 90 of Wayne passed Thurs., Aug.21st at home. Born in NYC he resided in Brooklyn , settled in Wayne 60 yrs. ago. Vito was a longshoreman with United Fruit Co. 35 yrs. retiring 1979. He was active with the Wayne P.A.L. coaching baseball and enjoyed playing golf at the Passaic Co. Golf course. Vito served as a Staff Sgt. in the Army during WW-2 (European Theater). Predeceased by daughters Sarah Mayer and JoAnn DeLaro , sons Angelo and Michael survivors include his wife Josephine , daughters Frances White , Vita Harvey and her husband Rob and Vito Jr. and his wife Cathy 9 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.
