It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Brandon R. Barnes, who departed this life on April 18, 2026, at the age of 33.
Brandon was a devoted father, beloved son, caring brother, and loyal friend whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and strength to all who knew him. He lived his life with a generous spirit and a kind heart, always willing to lend a hand, share a smile, or offer words of encouragement when they were needed most.
He leaves behind his cherished son, Jayden Barnes, who was the center of his world and his greatest source of pride and joy. Brandon’s love for Jayden was unwavering, and his legacy will live on through him.
Brandon is lovingly remembered by his parents, George R. Barnes and Beverly Barnes, who raised him with deep love and guidance, and who will forever hold his memory close in their hearts. He is also survived by his sister, Ashley Schrader, and his brother, Cejay Barnes, with whom he shared a lifelong bond filled with love, laughter, and family strength.
Brandon also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives were touched by his kindness, humor, and genuine spirit. He had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and appreciated, and his memory will remain a blessing to all who knew him.
Though his time with us was far too short, Brandon’s impact was lasting. He will be remembered for his resilience, his love for family, and the joy he brought into every room. His spirit will continue to shine through the many lives he touched.
