Raymond O'Donnell Obituary

Raymond M. O’Donnell, 92, of Lincoln Park, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2026. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, and had been a resident of Lincoln Park for the past 75 years.


Raymond was a kind and generous man who freely gave his time to help others. He was known for his great sense of humor and warm spirit. He was a devoted parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church in Lincoln Park and an active member of the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Council No. 5486 of the Knights of Columbus. Raymond was an excellent boxer in his younger years and proudly served in the United States Army, where he was stationed in Germany. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and a lifelong admirer of “Stan the Man,” Stan Musial.


Raymond was employed by E.F. Drew Chemical in Boonton, NJ, and later by William Morrow Publishing Company. He was also the owner of the Winners Circle Bar in Pompton Lakes, NJ.


He is survived by his beloved sister, Kathleen Hagovsky, and her husband, Joseph Hagovsky; his brother-in-law, Donald Nicholas; and several loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Catherine O’Donnell; his brother, Robert O’Donnell; and his sister, Elena Nicholas.


Funeral from the Keri-Lozito Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ, on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 216 Comly Road, Lincoln Park, NJ, at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. Visiting hours will be on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
