William J. Hansen, Jr., 46, of Lincoln Park, NJ, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025. He was born in Secaucus, NJ, grew up in North Bergen, and lived in Ridgefield Park before moving to Lincoln Park in 2009.

William was a dedicated Physician Assistant with Advanced Rehabilitative Associates in Franklin Lakes, NJ, where he worked for the past 24 years. He was deeply involved in his community as Cub Master for Pack No. 143 in Lincoln Park and was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church. A proud Eagle Scout, William exemplified leadership, service, and kindness throughout his life.

Beloved husband of Stephanie Hansen (née Connolly). Devoted father of Gwendelyn, Liam, Nora, and Henry. Loving son of William and Cecilia Hansen. Dear brother of Cathy-Lynn Cancel and her husband Adrian. Cherished uncle of Elizabeth and Matthew.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 216 Comly Road, Lincoln Park, NJ, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM (please meet directly at the church). Interment to follow at Our Lady of Magnificat Cemetery, Kinnelon, NJ. The family will receive friends at Keri-Lozito Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in William’s memory may be made to Cub Scout Pack No. 143 or Boy Scout Troop No. 76, both of Lincoln Park, NJ.
