Juan Somohano, 93, of Kinnelon, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. He was born in Havana, Cuba, and came to the United States in 1966, settling in Union City, NJ. He later lived in Oradell, NJ before moving to Kinnelon in 2018. Before retiring, Juan worked as an accountant for Capital Supermarket in Paterson, NJ.

Beloved husband of the late Maria Somohano. Devoted father of John Somohano and his wife Sandra, and Alex Somohano and his wife Lisa. Loving grandfather of Alyssa, Danielle, Nicole, Stella, and Mateo.

Visiting will be held at Keri-Lozito Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ, on Monday, October 20 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at Our Lady of Magnificat R.C. Church, 2 Miller Road, Kinnelon, NJ  at 11:30 AM. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst, NJ.
