Saverino “Sam” M. Napolitano, 95, of Lincoln Park, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Born in Newark, NJ, he had been a resident of Lincoln Park since 1965. Sam was an architect and the owner of S.M. Napolitano, P.C. in Lincoln Park. A devoted parishioner of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Lincoln Park, he faithfully volunteered by counting the Sunday collections. He was also a proud member of American Legion Post No. 279 in Lincoln Park and the Lincoln Park Seniors. Sam honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1951–1953.

Beloved husband of Gloria Napolitano (née Pennella). Devoted father of Michael Napolitano and his wife Mariann, John Napolitano and his wife Karen, and Joseph Napolitano and his wife Anne. Loving grandfather of Lauren, Stephen, Nicholas (Amy), Mariah, Alec (Sarah), Angelina, and Giavanna. Cherished great-grandfather of Lillian

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 9:30 AM at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 216 Comly Road, Lincoln Park, NJ. (Please meet at church.)

Visiting will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 3–7 PM at Keri-Lozito Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sam’s memory to the  Alzheimer's Association .
