Marie Maude Jean-Phillip Laborde passed away on June 28 2025 in Lincoln Park New Jersey
Marie was born in Bizoton,Haiti on May 11 1950 to Herman Jean Phillip and Marie Jillianne Michel. She has a brother named Eddie who she was very close to. She later met her best friend and future husband Jean Laborde.
In Haiti she earned her Bachelors degree in education and became a elementary school teacher deciating herself working with children.
When came to America, she married and had two children of her own, a son named Ronald and later a daughter named Patricia Marie, whom she loved dearly. She earned her degree in nursing and was a nurse in multiple nursing homes and hospitals in New Jersey. She deciated her life in giving nurturing love and care to the elderly.
She loved cooking delicious meals for her family and friends, going to the parks and going on vacations with her family. She enjoyed being nature and looking at flowers and animals. She was passionate in caring for people, her loved ones and thier health and always had a remedy for your ailment.
She was always laughing and smiling and had a very good sense of humor. She enjoyed going church and giving her time to others.
Her father, mother, and son preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 11, 2025 at Keri-Lozito Funeral Home, 125 Main Street, Lincoln Park, NJ from 9-10 am. A graveside service will be held at Crest Haven Memorial Park, 750 Passaic Avenue, Clifton, NJ also on Friday at 11 am.
