Robert E. Dunn III, 76, of Towaco, NJ passed peacefully on Thursday, February 6, 2025. He was born on March 31, 1948 to Robert E. Dunn Jr and Ann Keeley Dunn of Glen Ridge, NJ. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Pat (Sharpe), son Jeff (Morgan), and daughter Katie (Keiran) Price. Bob is also survived by his two beloved grandchildren, Elliot and Oscar Dunn. He leaves two sisters, Debbie (John) Vita, Melissa (Peter) Walters, and a brother, TJ (Miriam) Dunn, and nieces and nephews. Bob was employed for over 40 years at his family's business, Sun Warehouse, in New York City. He was a devoted family man and child at heart, always eager to take the kids on a new adventure. Attracted to a life in nature, he built a cabin in the Catskills, played golf, and enjoyed astronomy and gardening. He was a loyal Grateful Dead fan and always had an Irish Setter by his side.
